Spencer Cox was called about 6 pm. Dave got there at 9. He found that previous Tech had put in the wrong size fan motor. Dave changed it out and then stayed until 11 to make sure system was thawing out and cooling properly. Great customer service. Spencer Cox needs to clone Dave.
